DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver within a 25km radius of Parkview, Johannesburg ONLY.

Order processing takes 2 business days from receipt of order to final packaging.
You will receive an email the day prior to delivery, confirming the expected time of delivery.
Please ensure that you provide a daytime delivery address where someone is available to take receipt of the cold line product to ensure immediate transfer to a freezer.
All measures are taken to keep you informed regarding the delivery progress. In the event that no-one is available at the delivery address to receive the cold line product, it will be returned to our kitchen and freezer facility.
You will be notified of such an occurrence and given the option of re-delivery upon receipt of payment for such, or to collect from our address at a prearranged collection time.
Should you choose collection, an appointed collection time will be arranged as per our collection policy.
COLLECTION POLICY
Orders are produced and packaged within 2 business days of payment receipt.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect the day before.
Collections are by appointment only. You will be notified by email, a day in advance of the product being ready for collection, to arrange and confirm a collection time, since proper social distancing, mask-wearing, etc., adherence to a scheduled appointment is vital.
