Given the cold line nature of our frozen perishable products, we do not accept returned goods. Should the quality of the delivered product be brought into question, you are welcome to contact us immediately and we will, as a matter of urgency, investigate any quality non-conformity.  

In respect of our non-frozen goods, a 30-day return policy applies. You have 30 days from date of receipt to return an item should you not be satisfied.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and attempt to rectify issues as soon as possible. 


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. 

For returns, contact us at If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return or the requisite return shipping label, will not be accepted.

Other non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
